The doctor has a wonderful bedside manner. Along with being a great listener, he was clear in communicating to me the next steps of my health issues. He has been very effective in diagnosing and resolving my health concerns.

Was pleased with the cleanliness of the building. Everyone from the receptionist to Doctor Alam (Rheumatologist) was welcoming and professional. Although I don’t look forward to dealing with medical issues, I’m glad I chose this group of medical professionals to help me through this.

Dr. Alam, his physician’s assistant, and the front desk associates were efficient in performing their jobs. Dr. Alam quickly earned my respect by coming into the exam room having clearly reviewed and absorbed my relevant history and medications. It was evident that he was very knowledgeable about my medicines. Instead of running a bunch of tests, he offered for me to upload my previous tests- saving time and money. My view is that Dr. Alam and his staff are experienced and highly professional.
