The staff and physician were very professional and accommodating. My procedure was successful and I experienced mild discomfort post procedure which given the nature of my procedure itself I pleasantly surprised. I would recommend Dr Baxter's team to anyone seeking the same procedure!

I appreciate the professionalism and approachable demeanor from the provider.

The doctor has great reviews, but the office manager needs to understand how to make the lobby somewhere that everyone is comfortable. While waiting the TVs played white nationalist coded televangelist programming, which made me extremely uncomfortable to the point I had to leave. It was upsetting not only because I felt personally insulted by what the TV was playing, but I had also taken the day off work and never received treatment.

I was nervous before the appointment, and it was my first time meeting this doctor. I appreciated that he had me taken to his office for a consult with his attending nurse, and then we proceeded to the exam room. Really took away my apprehension.
