I recently had my first appointment with Dr. Daniel Riegel, and I was impressed with the entire experience. The office personnel were professional, and efficient. Both Dr. Riegel and his PA, Rita, took the time to thoroughly review my history, listen carefully to my concerns, and explain everything in a way that was clear and reassuring. I appreciated how patient and attentive they were. I never felt rushed, and all of my questions were answered thoughtfully. The doctor discussed my previous test results in detail and outlined a clear plan moving forward, which gave me confidence and peace of mind. Overall, it was a very positive first visit. I left feeling informed, supported, and in excellent hands. I would highly recommend this cardiologist to anyone looking for knowledgeable, compassionate cardiac care.

All went as expected. Second time there and I still feel like I am getting what I need in terms of a thorough examination and time with the Doctor. Wait time can be long but mostly for first time patients. I did have a small issue at check-in. I was not listed for an appointment in the office calendar so I needed to tell them I booked it on Zocdoc. They were able to find the appointment after that. I would definitely recommend Dr Riegal and his Practice to friends and family.
Fantastic doctor & staff. HOWEVER they do NOT book through Zocdoc. I was lucky enough to arrive before opening & be taken in anyways (extremely kind of the front desk to accommodate me in this situation), but you must call the office to book. I had essentially no wait time despite this and feel extremely grateful for the staff and doctor to see me regardless of this.

Office feels like a factory, the staff looks like they don’t want to be there. Awful bedside manner with the medical assistant working with me. (Poor attitude, i walked out). Echo technician was wonderful. I had no issues with the doctor but i will not be returning. One of the worst experiences i had in a doctor’s office.

I can't give a full review because the dr. Left early and I was seen by a PA instead which is not what I wanted. They also did not have me in their system even though I had 2 confirmation texts confirming the appt. I was told not to book next appt thru zoc doc and to just call the office next time. Not sure this is the place for me starting off this way but I will reserve judgment and ammend my review when I actually hear back and meet with the cardiologist I booked to see as things do sometimes come up. But my appt not being found and the pre filled paperwork i filled out online prior to the appt was all for nothing.
