Extremely friendly staff and doctor! The woman who helped me pick out my frames was prepared with my insurance information and gave me feedback on how the frames looked on me. Dr. Crane was very nice and explained everything thoroughly!

Once I got to the doctor's office I was informed that he did not accept my coverage even I believed when I filled out the pre visit form I indicated what coverage I had.

I probably would not recommend Dr. Crane. Overall I felt uncomfortable, felt that this doctor was not listening to what I was saying.
It was very strange that he took my contacts out of my eye for me, then threw them away. I couldn't protest because the first eye was done before I realized what was happening. He should tell patients what he's doing before touching their eye with his bare hands. I would have liked to keep my contacts, or at least been asked before he threw them away. I've been to 5+ eye doctors, and they always ask me to remove my own contacts, and I can put them in a case. Even when other doctors put in eye drops, they warn you first....
Also, Dr. Crane strongly pressured me to switch contact lens brands. I told him multiple times I was extremely happy with my Acuvue Oaysis for Astigmatism, but he insisted that I try a new brand. I said the vision of the new lenses looked identical to my old lenses, and comfort was them same, but he insisted it was better. In fact the new lenses were slightly blurry in both eyes! I could not even try them all day due to the blurriness. He did not want to write me a prescription for my Acuvue that I've been using comfortably for 10+ years, and I had to call his office to insist on my Acuvue prescription. It really seemed like he was being paid by to promote this other brand, and wouldn't believe me when I said my Acuvue lenses were working great for me. Finally, the office said they cannot email me my prescription, they can only send it by mail or fax. So I'm sitting waiting for my prescription to come in the mail.

Dr. Krane and his staff were a pleasure to be with. Everyone was friendly and they saw me super fast! Dr. Krane himself is very thorough and friendly. You can tell he has years of experience by the way he runs his appointment - everything was so efficient but nothing was rushed. He answered all of my questions and provided some good advice for different contacts.

I have just started my first job therefore have my own insurance for the first time as well. I am learning about my coverage still and he was aware of this. He was very unclear and poor on the communication about prices of things and what each procedure and add on would cost in regards to both glasses and contacts. I was even there for contacts of which I told him many times. His bedside manner was a little direct and harsh in some ways.

Every single person at the office was lovely, the visit was quick, and I was really pleased to have someone help me pick my glasses at the end! She pulled a selection for me that I would have absolutely chosen myself! I’m so happy to have found them, I will be getting my eye exams and glasses from Dr. Crane’s office from now on!

Different experience than any eye doctor I’ve ever been to - in a good way!! He was very knowledgeable and communicated clearly, he answered any questions I had with confidence. The contacts he suggested are SO much better than anything I’ve had before and the staff was so helpful with finding new glasses which I always find to be a pain, I really appreciated that there was someone to specifically help me find the right fit.

The staff and doctors at this office were great. The office offers discounted exams for new patients on Wednesdays and their fees were really reasonable. My appointment was efficient (quick but not rushed) and I’ll definitely be recommending this office to friends in the area!

The office is in a very convenient location down town. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Only waited for a few minutes, which made sense because I arrived early. Dr. Crane is very knowledgeable and professional. Would recommend to friends/family/anyone looking for new glasses or contacts. Probably the most accurate prescription I’ve ever gotten!
