Upon entering the building, I was greeting by 3 lovely individuals: the receptionist, the eye tech and a young man who help me choose frames. However, the short gentleman in the back who prepped the frames size lacked personality. He didn't greet the customer with facial gestures or verbally; he simply gave directives like "stand up" and "look at the point of the ruler" before marking the glasses.
I was impressed with how the paperwork was partially complete, I just needed to fill in a few unknowns, which saved me time! Dr. Lan Heng provided excellent care thoroughly answered all my questions.

Had a great experience at this optometrist’s office. The space was clean and equipped with modern technology. I was seen within 10 minutes of completing the required forms. The doctor was very attentive, he listened to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made me feel comfortable throughout the visit. I will definitely return and would recommend him to friends and family.

ItI makes me happy to see a doctor of which you don’t have to wait long times for. He understands your time is as important as his. He has great manners meaning he explains everything to you. The office is extremely clean, the equipment appears to be new. I believe I was receiving the newest testing available.

I am an RN and a professional patient as well. I would recommend this office to anyone and everyone!!! There was zero wait time, the staff was pleasant and knowledgeable, the doctor was great!! I actually enjoyed myself. They assisted me with picking out lenses and I was annoying, I tried everything on and they were so nice to me!!! Plus the office is clean and new and the options were endless! Go see Dr, Heng.

ABSOLUTELY enjoyed my experience with Dr.Heng and his entire staff. They were all so kind and so great. No wait time, wonderful bedside manner. Staff was so kind to my little one who accompanied me to my appointment. They helped me in choosing my frames for my new prescription and did a great job with that as well. I left feeling relieved and happy with my experience. My eyes will be in much better condition now. Will absolutely be back for my yearly physical. Thanks zocdoc for helping me find them!

My experience at Hudson River Vision was exceptional. Everything fro the front desk, to my medical exam, and purchasing my glasses went very smooth and took a reasonable time. My glasses were ready in a few days which I loved. Will definitely be back next year.
