I am so happy that I went here. Dr. James previously worked in one of the dentist office’s that I had belong to you for quite some time.When I realized he had left and opened up his own practice. I figured that I will check it out, and I am pleased I did.

The office was well put together, aesthetically. I loved the Christmas music and tree setup. The staff was friendly and so was Dr. Leon; he was very personable, with a warm disposition. The Queen treatment was surly given, and I enjoyed it. They even gave a small goodie bag upon leaving, which I thought was a nice touch. I will surely be returning.

I wouldn't refer anyone to Dr. James, unfortunately. I visited his office twice. Both times I was in the chair before one of his staff came to me to give me the financial aspect of the visit. I almost felt like I was being strong-armed. The fees were exorbitant. On my first visit, the doctor told me I had an infection. Yet, it took him a week to start me on an antibiotic. On my second visit, I was scheduled for a tooth extraction. When I arrived, the Dental Hygienist greeted me to tell me that she would be doing a deep cleaning. She was very nice and pleasant. Long story short, the fees I thought were exorbitant. Because I wasn’t prepared to pay, the doctor wouldn’t do the root canal or extraction. Long story short, I left the office with the same infected tooth. The hygienist had already numbed my gums. I would not return or refer anyone. Thanks.
