We saw Cortney this time. It was our second time. I believe she is a PA. Very helpful, thorough , very nice bed manners. We def like her and do not mind that she is a PA and not a pediatrician yet.

I've been going to Teena Hughes' office since I was a kid (now 24) and now I have brought my 4 year old daughter there since she was born. Never had any problems, the wait time is usually very short (unless there's a lot of patients waiting, then obviously, it is longer but reasonable still). It used to only be Dr. Teena Hughes when I was younger, however, there are a few more doctors there now. Regardless of who I have had taking care of me/my daughter, whether it be the nurses or doctors, the experience has always been great.

She was very nice and quick. She asked questions about my child. The nurse who helped as well asked my child “what do you feel comfortable with doing and are you okay?” Which made her feel super secure.

It was OK - transferred here from another city in FL and I really miss our old pediatrician. We were a new patient and felt very ignored:weren’t told what would be happening during the visit until they were putting probes in my child’s ears for a hearing test - didn’t know this was part of a well child visit? Doctor came in and didn’t introduce himself. Also not sure how to check my child’s records or if they have anything like MyChart since no one said or explained anything on how their office worked. I don’t think I’d come back. In fact I’ll drive the hour out to our old pediatrician.

We brought our son to his first appointment and staff was so incompetent. Had me waiting in the waiting room for 2 hours without anyone saying a word to me or my partner about his appointment. i asked the girl at check out if im coming back, she said “i don’t know”. the provider i booked with, we did not see. i don’t know who Roger is but we didn’t see him anyways. Very embarrassing. I worked in medical for years and this staff shows they’re lazy. 0/10 recommend.. especially for newborn follow ups.

This office and the doctors are the most amazing team we have ever had for our kids. Having teens and toddlers we have a lot of experience with different clinics. This office is the best hands down for everything - very attentive, excellent bed manners, efficient ( sometimes late but you have to understand that if it is YOUR child that needs extra time they will give it to you ), never misdiagnosed us yet, answer any questions , the office is very clean and very kids friendly . You can tell by the office that they truly care ! The front desk staff is super friendly and helpful any time we come with any questions we have. We now moved but still drive there for 40 mins one way as we value the quality of care and service they provide to our children.

Definitely not your usual doctors office in the waiting room it was decorated circus theme had ballons and a lady making ballon animals , offering face painting and they had games you could win prizes to for free they also had snacks and juice for the kids. The wait wasn’t long and the doctor saw us 5-10 mins after vitals was taken. Kids had fun even though they got shots. Would definitely recommend her office to everyone i know.

I've been taking my 2 daughters here for years and I've always had a great experience! The staff is very kind, professional, knowledgeable and great at always making sure my girls are comfortable and up to date in their records. I HIGHLY recommend!
