great experience, felt very seen and validated by dr kuku. some technical issues led to me not quite hearing her that well, so would suggest using headphones if doing video visits. likewise, her tone can be a bit clipped but i trust that she cares deeply, so i try to not take it personally. she seamlessly transitioned from information gathering to medication recommendations and seems very invested in ensuring that we find the right combination for my particular set of needs.

Doctor is really nice. But still having an issue with getting my medication called into CVS. Called the office they said let me remind her waited another day and still nothing. I think she might have issues remembering conversation with patients. Yeah so still waiting on my medications

Dr. Kuku seemed to struggle to come up with options to help me. She also hasn't been a particularly great listener, often forgetting what medications/dosages I am taking and sending the wrong prescription to my pharmacy multiple times. If you're looking for someone to write the same prescriptions you are on, this might work, but if you are looking for someone who is willing to help you come up with more solutions, this is not the one. On multiple occasions, I've been told by her that that is all that she can do for me and that I just have to deal with my symptoms. Not really giving me the hope I was looking for when reaching out for help.
