I had an exceptional experience with Dr. Cho and the rest of the staff at Hunters Point Dentistry. Everyone was professional and friendly. I appreciated that Dr. Cho took the time to listen to me regarding some issues I was having and provided helpful feedback. I especially liked how thorough and transparent she was regarding tests/procedures she wanted to do and how it would work with my insurance plus what costs to expect. It made the experience much less stressful. Dr. Cho and the office staff are extremely flexible and were even able to perform a dental procedure during my initial visit (that was initially just suppose to be a consultation and cleaning) so as not to trouble me with coming back another day.

I had a great first visit, I was greeted shortly after I arrived by a staff member that was able to check me in as one person was busy on the phone when I walked in. The office was very calm and soothing and everyone was very nice. I was given an option to watch some tv in the chair while I waited for the doctor after my x-rays. The doctor walked me through my care of my teeth and even looked into something that my previous doctor didn't even see. Very thankful and happy with the doctor and for the great visit.

Overall great experience. This office is beautiful. It was spotless and well lit. Also had a lot of cool tech so felt like it was an incredibly thorough dental check up. Plus the times available are very accommodating for those who work 9-5. I was in and out within an hour so definitely would be willing to come back during a lunch break knowing I’d be able to get back to my desk quickly.
