Went for my appointment on Saturday at 11:20 am, I cleared entire morning for this appointment, even got a sitter and everything , and to my dismay was extremely disappointed to find that they were closed. Why allow me to schedule this appointment on a weekend if you’re not gonna be open ?
&& on top of that I have an appointment scheduled with them this Tuesday due to me calling them on Saturday, they rescheduled my appointment. I no longer need this appointment as another dentist was able to fix my problem last minute, thankfully and now THEY (Hyline Dental) wanna try and charge me a fee if I can’t cancel or reschedule within 48hrs on a Tuesday appointment in which they are closed on Sunday .
Make it make sense ? THEY should be paying me the fee for poor communication and wasting my time & gas.
