I initially reached out for a friend who urgently needed withdrawal management / MAT-MAR, and they understood the urgency and made it happen — honestly, to an extent that didn’t seem possible. I connected with Kristina Jacobsen as the prescriber, and saying she went above and beyond would be an understatement. She showed up as a human being, not just a medical professional. She was knowledgeable, responsive, empathetic, and efficient. Her recommendations made sense, and the timeline was much faster than expected.
After seeing how painless and efficient the process was for my friend, when it came time to adjust my own medications, there was only one organization I contacted. My experience was identical — same great care and timelines.
In a world full of “pain in the butt to get help with psych meds,” Hybrid Counseling feels like the cheat code. I 100% would recommend them to friends and family.
