I’ve been waiting for over a week now for the doctor to return my call about my lab results. I’ve made appointments with the office staff for a scheduled call & no one calls me. I’ve called their office 5 times now about my results. Seems like I’m begging at this point. One of the staff member is very unprofessional on the phone when you call, I’m sure they know who that person is. I recommend you go elsewhere if you need immediate/timely responses for your health issues.

He's a great doctor takes time to listen to you understand what you're going through . Very well educated and help you come up with an answer to resolve your medical issues I've been with this dr. for a long time.. I never have I been disappointed .

This doctor is great but the workers are not . I recently went in there to change my prescription to a insurance covers one. I walked in and walked to the counter and waited for 20 minutes. no was there I herd them in the back room talking with the doctor. So I went out side to call them and and said I was coming by . No answered called 3 more times and then they answered. They told me that the doctor was not in and could not change the prescription till I saw the doctor , but I herd him talking in the back room talking to them. I was lied to and they did not want to help me.
Also every time I go there it's a big hassle to get a prescription sent to the pharmacy it some times takes a week of calls to get them to send it over . There are never the same people working there. I recommend if you go there get a hard script so you don't waste days for them to send it.

The doctor is a lovely man, but I feel that he thought I was just there to have forms filled out, when I was actually looking for my new primary physician.The second time I saw his assistant. Had another incredibly long wait though the waiting room was empty He seemed dismissive. The second time , after another extremely long wait, I saw the assistant. it took my 8 days and repeated requests to have my prescriptions renewed. Very disappointing.

Besides the wait, the office was a place I would go back to. It was a comfortable atmosphere, Dr. Muqeem really helped me know that everything would be okay. The girls that were there also made the experience better. I will definitely be going back and will refer my friends and family.
