I felt as though I wasn’t really given much time with the provider to discuss my concerns. She sort of just came in and declared there wasn’t anything we could do because I’m pregnant. I felt that there were probably some safe options we could discuss but I felt dismissed and rushed.

Asked for an appointment on Monday and he was able to see me Wednesday morning. I arrived 20 minutes early, and he took me in right away. A quick look over, some cryosurgery and I was out in 20 minutes. Very professional, no rush, answered all my questions. Ross is super.

I have reactive airway disease which falls under the umbrella of COPD.
While not completely pleasant to me personally, I rate this office a 4 out of 5 compared to most public places including health care facilities that includes dentist and primary care. The waiting room is spacious, the wait is short,
and the staff is very pleasant. Dr. Trent was very nice, very thorough and
quite personable as is everyone in the office from the check in person to the check out person. Thank you Amanda and Dr. Trent as well as all the office personnel who are very pleasant.
