It was probably the best experience I have had with a psychiatrist and one of the best experiences I have had with a physician. He listened and gave thoughtful answers. I have an extensive medical history and he patiently listened to it all. At no time did I feel rushed. I would definitely recommend him to a friend or a relative.

First impression is a very good one. A very positive one. As soon as I booked through ZocDoc, I phoned the office as instructed in their profile to assure that the app came through. The front desk is an actual live person with a brain, empathy, compassion. She got me through the intake paperwork, covered the insurance. Outstanding! Most professional. Met with ARNP Behr and so delightful: clear, positive, educated, empathetic demeanor. Her knowledge and listening skills promote a pathway to wellness. Look forward to following up.

So happy I found this office! Was contacted right away about my appointment and was impressed with the genuine kindness Solia (sorry if I misspelled!) showed me and also with her professionalism. Dr. Patel was also very kind, warm, and easy to talk to. He is very professional, yet down to earth. He answered all my questions and I felt like he understood where I was coming from and asked for clarification when my stories got a little confusing. I appreciated his attention to detail and getting all the pertinent information recorded correctly. As a healthcare provider myself, I so appreciate professional, quality, genuine care. I would highly recommend Dr. Patel at ICARE.

Seems like a good doctor, who genuinely cares and listens to your needs and concerns. For the first visit, I had to come into the office and after that I should just be able to do virtual visits.

I was anxious to find a new doctor after seeing the same MD for 10+ years. Dr. Patel was able to get me an appointment almost immediately to renew my medications and he was very thorough in his evaluations. The office staff are super friendly and accommodating as well and eased any concerns I had about switching doctors. I highly recommend Dr. Patel to anyone who is looking for a great psychiatrist!

I had my first appointment at Dr.Patels office with Dr. Maram Yousef. The office was clean and Cat at the front desk was very professional and courteous. Making my appointment was smooth and did not have but a 5 minute wait time. Dr. Yousef is a great listener and approachable, she made me feel very comfortable and at ease discussing concerning matters.
Definitely recommend this office and will continue treatment plan with Dr. Yousef

I was really nervous to see a psychiatrist, but Dr. Patel was great! He was so kind, and he explained everything so well. I really felt like he listened and cared about me and my well being. The staff member that helped me, Kat, was also so sweet and so helpful! So grateful for Dr. Patel and his staff! They made a very nerve-wracking and emotional experience a positive one!
