The experience was quick, and Dr. Dion is really easy to talk to, very kind, very professional. My prescription was unavailable at most pharmacies around my area due to some supplier issues, and that caused a bit of a headache but Dr. Dion, and his receptionist Jen were both very helpful and understanding with getting that all resolved.
Looking forward to working with Dr. Dion and ICare staff in general. 5 stars

Dr. Dion is extremely professional and highly knowledgeable, especially when it comes to both medications and holistic supplements, rather than relying solely on standard prescriptions.
He creates a comfortable and respectful environment, and communicates in a genuinely kind and thoughtful way. In just my intake and second appointment, I’ve received more meaningful advice from him than I have from some other doctors in my area.
I would highly recommend Dr. Dion to anyone seeking psychiatric support from someone who shows real empathy and takes a balanced, thoughtful approach to treatment—rather than simply prescribing medication without deeper consideration.
