Made an apt. Zoc doc said that they accept my insurance. They told me that the apt was not valid and that they take my insurance but I need to pay upfront and get reimbursed, that is the definition of not taking my insurance.

I went for the annual cleaning and I got surprised for the good service at the front desk and I was amused with the professionalism and the great service that Doctor Tim had given me. I will go back to continue with my treatment there.

I was called 3 times prior to my appointment. Including once to reschedule my appointment. Upon arrival I was told my insurance wasn't accepted. They called me 3 times and didn't check my insurance prior ? Ridiculous.
