The front office staff couldn’t figure out my insurance and asked if I wanted to reschedule multiple times when I called my insurance from the office it took less than two minutes and my insurance company asked where the doctor had called. When I got called to my room the nurse just walked away from me and I had to go searching for her and then there were a bunch of nurses just standing around the weight station while I was getting weighed, which was uncomfortable and I feel like it was just a waste of time and money because no one really asked anything that wasn’t on my chart and I had to repeat my and family history at third time
