I’m giving this entire office 1 stars . I scheduled 2 weeks ago , took off work for this appointment drove half way to this appointment just to be told the doctor was sick . Once I got to the appointment I checked my vm and had a message from “ aj “ saying the dr is out sick I need to reschedule . Okay so I called back 10 times no answer . Hours later I get another call that this doctor doesn’t accept my insurance so this is why my appt was cancelled . I verified my insurance with the office on numerous occasions . Office is very unprofessional. I don’t recommend. I will just have to find another doctor . I was not seen today which is very disappointing.

The place was easy to find, staff was extremely friendly and informative. The wait was less than 30 min, including seeing the doctor. Dr. was very attentive, informative, and helpful. 11/10!!

I had a very poor experience with Dr. Mendha’s office. Wait time was over an hour and a half to be seen and had to ask staff multiple times for estimated time. Paperwork was not given in a timely manner and receptionists seemed confused. They attempted to overcharge me multiple times and felt like a cash grab. Staff member appeared hostile in argument with potential patient in waiting room which was very unsettling. Most of the staff was quite friendly however the entire process of the appointment was extremely unprofessional. Felt extremely unheard by Dr. Mendha in consult and rushed appointment because they were so late. Callbacks and follow up with their team has been a nightmare. Would not recommend! Go somewhere else!

This was my first visit here to find a new PCP. Everyone was very friendly; however, communication is key. The first issue I had was that I arrived on time and 10:30 and I was not seen until after 12:30. I didn't leave the office until a little after 1 pm. I was late getting back to work as I took off well enough time to be back by 1 pm. I know that offices can get behind, but a little heads up would have been fine. I had to step out of the office to ask if they forgot about me. They did apologize and let me know she should be there soon. The visit went as expected for an annual exam. Then when I checked out, I was told to pay a fee for lab collection. No one told me that before checking in. The doctor asked me would you like to have the labs drawn here or at Quest. I've never had a clinic as me this, if a clinic had lab, they would just do the labs there. If you are going to charge a fee for having it done in clinic then this should be told to the patient, so they have an option.

Hospital staff are not friendly. No proper answers to our questions and providing mis-Information on our Test results and their status. We given test and waited for more than 2 weeks and enquired many times received different answers each time from Hospital staff. Not allowing to meet Doctor to talk about the test results and why it got delayed for ages.

The doctor is just fine. She did her work at the bare minimum. You will get charged for the office fee, which I never expected to do. Also, her phlebotomist was awful. She didn't know how to get your blood right. She used the needle to get blood without finding the right spot to take. She detected the vein with the needle after needle got to my skin and even asked me that from my last time I got blood test, which arm the Phlebotomist took for me. I will never come back here.
