I am a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP), a provider licensed, and Board Certified, in Psychiatry/Mental Health, with over 25 years of work/education in the field of Psychiatry/Mental Health.
My Philosophy is 'Let all you do be done with love.' If a client for instance, has depression and anxiety, we will discuss how it affects their life. Talk about what triggers make it worse, and how they handle the symptoms.
For compliance, we collaborate on the best plan of care. I present the options for medications, benefits, alternatives, side effects, and provide supportive therapy as well as encourage additional external therapy as a great combination with the medication.
The ultimate goal is to return the client to be healthy, happy and enjoy life again. In the many years, I have acquired substantial knowledge and skills in my area of expertise. I offer comfort, acceptance, assessment of disorder, collaboration with patient to make the best decision based on offering options for medication, and encourage Individual therapy.
My Mission, is to creat a safe place, and offer a balanced perspective to support you in making informed decisions about your care. My style has been described as collaborative, direct, and non-judgemental. I enjoy working with a diverse group of people and issues. I believe that like snowflakes, no two people are alike, so treatment should be individualized.

Very food listener. Interested in helping me with my problems not just throwing pills at it. She spent time with me ask question explained things to me and ask numerous times if I had any questions. Also informed me if needed I could call her office before next visit. I was very comfortable with her and impressed.
