I had my first cleaning with Ideal Smiles and was very satisfied with the staff, friendly and informative, The office was clean and comfortable, I even watched TV when laying back in dentist chair! that was a first! The dental hygienist Regina did a great job! I hope I got her name right! Dr Silva came out an introduced herself before I left and that also left a great impression on me, Thank you DR for putting together a great staff with comfortable environment! I will be back !

Going to the dentist is sometimes a very stressful experience. Dr Natalia Silva changed the way I view dental appointments. First the office seems to be more spa like than other offices I have been to. Beautiful, clean, open design, water and fresh coffee available for those who want it. Once in the treatment room, it’s clear all the equipment is new and cutting edge. They even have large screen TVs on the ceiling to watch during your procedure! The treatments are all cutting, I felt nothing not even the injection for the novacaine - they used a local numbing on the gums prior to the injection to numb me against feeling the injection. Genius. I am so impressed with everything at Dr Natalia Silvia’s practice, just an overall great experience, instead of the usual anxiety and stress one feels about a dental visit!

This was the best dental office I have ever been to. They laid out my dental plan with my insurance. Everyone was so nice and intelligent. Great dentist, great staff. I had a regular dental cleaning done, with x rays. Will be coming back. Walked me thru options for braces/Invisalign (including a computerized prediction of how the Invisalign could improve my teeth) and for whitening.

I’ve never felt more seen by a doctor than when I saw Dr. Silva. She and her staff really took the time to listen to my concerns and put together a well thought-out dental plan for me (which I have NEVER had before.). I have had a nightmare Invisalign journey from a previous dentist and I feel so supported by Dr. Silva that we will figure it out together.

Dr. Silva was so kind and professional, while also knowledgeable and careful in her work. I learned a lot more about teeth than I usually do in appointments, because Dr. Silva always made sure to explain what she was doing and why. Getting a cavity filled is never pleasant, but I think this is the closest you can get! Plus, the office is beautiful and everyone I interacted with was friendly and helpful. Great service and a great vibe.

If you are looking for a dentist who is approachable, understanding, and very thorough with their care and comfort. Not only did they walk me though my X-rays and explain what I was seeing but then they walked me through the brake down of how they plan to fix it. I would recommend this dentist to anyone who is looking for a good one. Good people.

Dr Silva and her staff were excellent. They were very detailed during the visit explaining what they were doing and giving recommendations for additional procedures I may need to do. The office manager also sits with you and goes over the details with you regarding your insurance which was helpful to make sure you understand it.
