They are looking to run up the bill on you. While my initial cleanings were well done, I was sold fillings for several micro cavities that I don’t believe were necessary. One of these micro cavities was grinded out and left without a filler leaving my tooth sensitive. Keep in mind I had zero sensitivity in my teeth before my fillings. Will have to live with that until next year since they maxed out my insurance limit for the year.

I am so happy that I found this practice. From the moment you walk in, you can tell from the rapport between the staff that this practice is something special. I’m coming in for some pretty extensive dental remediation and my diagnostic experience was great - the doctor and staff took great care to evaluate everything that was going on and come up with a realistic treatment plan to address the most critical areas first. Most of all, I didn’t feel judged by the doctor or staff and felt very comfortable talking about my dental issues and potential underlying causes. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming! Great experience!

They refused to do cleaning same day because I didn’t want 3D X-rays even though I specified I wanted regular cleaning and regular X-rays. Wasted my time! Why can’t they do X-rays and cleaning the same day! Bizarre!

Dr John guided me to the right direction and also referral me to another to an oral surgeon.
I had anxiety as walking in i don’t well with dentists especially it was my first here. The Staff were nice and friendly and also helpful.
Dr John is a Great listener and helpful.
If it’s your first time here I would advise not to bring any jewelry if they recommend an X-Ray of your teeth.
