Ignite Spine and Sports was founded in Spring 2019 with one goal in mind. To help our patients reclaim their basic health freedoms. Freedom to move fully, freedom to live without pain, and freedom to optimize their athletic performance.
Dr. Pearsall's passion is to work with people who are thirsty to improve. No one will ever care more about your health more than you do. You have a unique insight into your own body unmatched by any other person. My job is to listen to your goals and get you on the right path as soon as possible.
A well-informed patient is a smart patient and a smart patient is a better team player for navigating the complexities of the health world. You will leave our office knowing more about how your body works, and how it is communicating with you.
Depending on the course of treatment and the length of our visits some treatment styles may not be completely covered by insurance, but it will be fully up to you whether you want to partake in these extra techniques/equipment in the office. Cheers and looking forward to seeing you soon!

Dr. Graessle is amazing! I highly recommend seeing her whether you have pain because of an injury or just need an adjustment. She has helped alleviate general pain in my neck and back, as well as post concussion pain and post AC joint sprain pain in the shoulder.

This was my first ever experience with a chiropractor, and i was a little nervous and didn’t quite know what to expect. Dr. Graessle was so kind, and super friendly. We went through what was bothering me, when these things started, and what her plan was moving forward. She made me feel heard and valued, and the small amount of physical work we did already helped so much. At the end of the appointment she made sure I knew what her plan was going forward, and checked in with me to see how I was feeling about it. I cannot recommend her enough.

Dr. Kayla Graessle is great. I am not a big believer in chiropractors but she really helped with my back, neck, shoulder, and jaw pain. No gimmicks or alternative "woo woo" alternative medicine. Just gentle and compassionate care along with very skilled hands.
