Ignite Spine and Sports was founded in Spring 2019 with one goal in mind. To help our patients reclaim their basic health freedoms. Freedom to move fully, freedom to live without pain, and freedom to optimize their athletic performance.
Dr. Pearsall's passion is to work with people who are thirsty to improve. No one will ever care more about your health more than you do. You have a unique insight into your own body unmatched by any other person. My job is to listen to your goals and get you on the right path as soon as possible.
A well-informed patient is a smart patient and a smart patient is a better team player for navigating the complexities of the health world. You will leave our office knowing more about how your body works, and how it is communicating with you.
Depending on the course of treatment and the length of our visits some treatment styles may not be completely covered by insurance, but it will be fully up to you whether you want to partake in these extra techniques/equipment in the office. Cheers and looking forward to seeing you soon!

Check in was extremely easy and the receptionist was very nice and was expecting me. Dr. Brett Pearsall was very kind, extremely knowledgeable and gave me more attention than any chiropractor I’ve been too. I’m use to my chiropractor appointments lasting 2 mins where they crack and that’s it. This is not that. Pearsall’s technique seems like it’s more specific to what I actually need. Not to mention, he provided me with homework that I can do on my own which I also have never been provided. I would highly recommend Pearsall to anyone!
