Dr. Igor Rubinshteyn is a board certified Orthopaedic Surgeon with 20 years of experience of both surgical and nonsurgical treatment of musculoskeletal conditions in New York City area.
He has extensive experience in General Orthopaedic Surgery including special interest in treatment of arthritis (including total knee replacement surgery); tendon/ligament injuries, meniscal tears/rotator cuff injuries including arthroscopic surgery of knee and shoulder. He also has extensive trauma experience including surgical and nonsurgical treatment of both adult and pediatric fractures.

This is a complete disrespect for your patients' time. I called this morning, made an appointment for 12:15, showed up, and was told to wait because there were two clients ahead of me. I said, "What do you mean?" I specifically called to get to work, and last time I waited two hours for an appointment, first in the waiting room, then in the office, and the appointment lasted 10-15 minutes. This time, I just needed to ask what to do with my hand after the MRI results, which was literally just a couple of questions. I waited an hour, and at reception, they told me to delete my contact information permanently. This is simply disrespectful. I hope they don't charge my insurance because the appointment didn't take place. It's incredibly simple. Someone has to sit there for half a day just to ask one question. Don't schedule anyone else's appointments with that approach.
