At IHM Telehealth, I provide personalized virtual healthcare for adults who want convenient access to care, clear answers, and a provider who takes the time to listen. Virtual visits may include evaluation of common health concerns, chronic condition support, medication review, lab review, preventive health guidance, and short-term prescription management when clinically appropriate. I do not prescribe controlled substances. I also offer Family Care Navigation for individuals managing the healthcare needs of a parent or loved one. I help families make sense of medical information, organize appointments, understand medications and treatment plans, prepare for hospital discharge, communicate with healthcare providers, and identify gaps in care. As both a Nurse Practitioner and Board-Certified Case Manager, I bring a different perspective to healthcare. I don't just look at the diagnosis—I look at the whole picture and help connect the dots between symptoms, medications, specialists, labs, and the patient's overall plan of care. Whether you need a virtual visit for yourself or guidance managing the care of someone you love, my goal is simple: help you understand what's happening, know what questions to ask, and feel confident about what comes next.
