Sent a prescription for Gabapentin to the pharmacy. I called numerous times and left I don’t even know how many voicemails ( I was in paralyzing pain). Never got a call back!
Dr. Resnick also suggested a cortisone injection. I was told I would be called with a date for the injection as soon as insurance approved it. It’s been over a month,
Needless to say, I still have not received any calls.
Office is dark and hot!!
Go elsewhere.

Absolutely no address or even office listing outside the office made it literally a painful experience just to locate the office, however the receptionist and doctor were friendly and referred me to a proper pain management specialist, even though the medication was clearly specified via ZocDoc prior to the appointment.

Dr. Resnick was very personable, compassionate, and thorough. He addressed all of my concerns, and I would recommend him to anyone.

My visit was extremely helpful to the beginning of my treatment. The doctor was very thorough and explained what he was observing as well as possible treatments in the future, to coincide with physical therapy.
