I would have given 5 stars across the board but it was only my first visit. Which consisted of a consultation of my concerns, habits and light adjustment options. Dr. Llex Ma was pleasant, informative and friendly. After I do blood work I will return to further discuss my next courses of action. The entrance to the office is on E19 Street. The office looks alittle older (its in a house structure).

I am glad to continue seeing Dr. Ma. She was very personable and a great listener. She offered simple but effective advice to address my problems and concerns. Highly recommend.
She kept on pestering me with texts before the appointment date confirming if I was coming for my 1pm appointment on a Saturday. I confirmed the appointment. On the day of the appointment around 11:30am, she texted me saying if I wanted to come earlier than my appointment time, to feel free to do so. I never responded. Then she texted me again asking if I was able to come between 12:15 to 12:30? Again, I never responded with full intention of coming in for the 1pm appointment I booked. Then again around 12:30pm, 30min before my appointment, as I almost reached the appointment location, she texted me with a fake excuse saying something just came up that she could not meet me at my appointment time. Absolutely outrageous. Complete waste of time and money due to this “dietician.” She clearly wanted to go do something like hit the beach and so kept on pestering me to come in for a time that I did not book. When I never gave in, she quickly cancelled the appointment. STAY AWAY!
Dr. Ilex is a gem of a dietician. Not only am I constantly learning new things about a healthy and balanced diet but things are so meticulously crafted towards my specific needs in a way that doesn’t feel overwhelming. To top it all off, they encourage questions, have a great sense of keeping things informative but casual and truly leave me feeling hopeful with my health.
