Lyubov was wonderful to meet with. She listened and asked good questions to help pinpoint the problem. I felt hopeful and confident to start treatment right away even while awaiting MRI results. The facility is warm and inviting, and I enjoy going for rehabilitation.

I met with Lyuba for my first initial visit, I was so impressed with her knowledge and the way that my MRI report was explained, prior to that I went to my doctor and other specialists comparing my MRI results I was mislead about my condition. I have never met someone that is so patient and understanding like Lyuba, I felt for the first time that I was not just a number but actually a human being with a serious spine condition. Based on my experiences with other providers it has been a disaster, they were so quick to provide treatments for me without understanding my situation, that resulted to worsening my back. My last stop was to a chiropractor and then to my primary and of course again I was disappointed because they wanted me to get surgery. They gave up on me. I’m so blessed to have found Lyuba. I wish that were more providers like her. The world would be a better place. People will be safe and heard. She put a specific program for me and I’m feeling great. Thank you Lyuba. ??

Lyuba is the most amazing, attentive, thoughtful and patient provider I have ever seen. Let me tell you why, I went to different chiropractor’s and PT’s and did so many different treatments and nobody cared to send me for MRI. As I kept trying different treatments my condition worsened. I gave up. I found Lyuba and my first exam after I explained my situation and everything I had tried, she immediately knew the treatment I needed and that would improve my condition. She told me what my next step which was to obtain an MRI and I found out I had a fracture. I started treatment with her at Illinois Back Institute and I already feel so much better. Thank you so much Lyuba. I love that I can talk to her whenever I need something and she is always patient with me and makes me feel safe and encourages me to feel better.

I have don’t have enough words to say about Lyuba, I had my first visit with her referred by one of my coworker. I went to her for a severe sciatica that I have been struggling for years. I have seen so many doctors for my pain and I have been disappointed because I felt that all they cared was for them to charge my insurance, rushing me, not listening o me, and definitely not caring or listening to my complaints when I was still in pain. I’m so disappointed because is so hard ti get an appointment right way and when you do is just a 5 minutes visit not enough time to actually explain my condition. An Amazing provider, with an excellent care and detailed evaluation. I have been seeing a doctor prior for the same issue and I was never explained about my situation but rushed through it. She went beyond her way to even discuss some conditions that weren’t related to my back. My primary doctor never did.
