Thanks for checking out my profile. I’ve been in practice for over 30 years, working with a large of array of issues, and populations. I find the best approach is person centered, and then tailer each session according to what is needed at that time. I utilize such techniques as person centered, CBT, RET. I believe in treating the whole person, body, mind, and spirit. Each facet will be determined and lead by you. Most of my clients tell me that working with me is like speaking to your best friend. Today was my first visit with Joe and I was very pleased with him. He gave me lots helpful information that other therapists never gave me in the past. He was very attentive, knowledgeable and kind. I immediately felt welcome and safe. I have faith that I can tell him anything and it will be received without judgment. As I am a gay man it’s imperative that I am afforded the space to process certain aspects of my lifestyle and the highs and lows, ins and outs of what my lifestyle brings me. I can speak of how my higher power is showing up for me in my life today and conversely discuss the pain of feeling betrayed by the universe as well. This clinician is exactly what I was looking for and although I have a high deductible, it’s totally worth coming out of pocket for regular sessions.

I have to say, i’m not crazy about Therapist. Most sit there and listen and that’s all they do. That was not the case with Mr. llovsky he was very sweet, caring and most importantly gave input, which I find extremely important.
