Just feel like I was venting to him about a serious situation. I’m currently going through in life that has completely altered my life and instead of understanding and trying to help me resolve it he just was wanting to take me off the medication that has been helping me Unfortunately. I’m open to try different medication’s but at the same time I do know what works for me so as in trying the other medication, I’d still rather have my one that does work just in case the other doesn’t and not just completely taken me off of. I was very hopeful from our first appointment. He said what he would do our next appointment but when I met with him, he’s taking something completely different than what he told me our very first and that’s the whole reason I scheduled with him again based off of what he told me the first time I spoke with him. But when I met with him the second time, it was completely different than the first visit. Unfortunately

The customer service was absolutely fantastic, they took their time to actually ask the right questions to help create an action plan for your treatment plan, especially in this day and age where it feels like everyone is in a hurry, that goes a long way and efficient way to proper diagnosis and care.
