I am not sure the online aspect is helpful. Although I was told that I had an appointment. My place in line still depended on my checking in and those who walked in in front of me got priority so that I waited 45 minutes past my appointment time. Not huge, but maybe emphasize that you have to check in physically if you want to get in by your appointment time.

Very friendly when I called prior to inquire about a potential visit. Easy to book, quick check in, very clean, everyone was super friendly, and provider saw me quickly and treated my issue. This is my 4th visit to this location and have always had the best experience. Highly recommend.

I went in regarding some ear pain that I was having. The doctor did a quick look at my ear and said there was an infection. Let me state that my ear was not red. It wasn’t swollen nothing. The doctor gave me some drops and by the next morning, my ear was four times it is also red, hot, and inflamed. I have called back twice with no luck of anyone helping. I said if I came back, are you going to charge me again and they said yes. I told them I believe I am allergic to this medication that they have given me. Now the whole left side of my face is bright red and a severe rash. I have asked them repeat me and write for something else. This clearly is not working and my ear has gotten 10 times worse. ?

The Nurse practitioner, and the medical assistant who took the vitals were very kind and polite, but the person who greeted us at the front desk was not polite, unapologetic about the weight, and acted like she hated her job. We waited an hour past our appointment time before they offered to take us back… what’s the point in even making an appointment? If I had known, I was going to wait that long I would’ve gone somewhere else. ?

Everyone was so nice, caring and concerned. Greeted warmly, upon arrival. Met with the the provider in less than 5 minutes. X-ray and testing done quickly. Provider explained what we should do, if we had any problems. Everything went great.
