We offer affordable cash pricing for our services: $115 for new patient consultations and $230 for routine physicals (consultation included). Most major insurance plans are also accepted. Please note that appointments not canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance are subject to a $65 no-show fee. We graciously ask that all patients arrive 10 minutes before their appointments.
At InclusiCare Medical, located in the heart of the Melrose Mile in Phoenix, our experienced team brings over 20 years of primary care expertise. We’re proud to serve our community with personalized, inclusive care and look forward to welcoming you.
Our lab hours are:
Monday 7am to 4pm
Tuesday 1pm to 5pm
Wednesday 7am to 4pm
Thursday 8am to 5pm
We do NOT offer phlebotomy services on Fridays.
