The office seemed to be short staffed and the waiting room was full. It was not a welcoming atmosphere. It was my first time going to this clinic and I was expecting the NP and medical assistant to be more knowledgeable based on the reviews I previously saw on ZocDoc.
Also, after signing up for my initial appointment, I received several reminders about my appointment. To a point, that it was very obnoxious.

Wow! So much positive to write but I’ll concise it. I have trauma from Doctors & I’ve neglected going to any doctor for a long time unless it was truly an emergency & even then I would just dip my toe by going to any ER. I was recommended to go to Dr. Tanya, & as a spiritual individual I prayed & I felt no doubt or fear so I booked. I am a very shy & timid person. But when I went the front desk they greeted me with a great service. I did not have to wait a long time which was a plus. The nurse or tech that called me back was so sweet, she asked detailed questions & I felt supported. When Dr. Tanya came in she came in with such positive energy. She had active listening, she was well in her knowledge, quick to her toes. Diagnosed me & instructed me the medication she would give me and set up a plan for further care. I have to say this is 10+ medical Clinic, I will definitely continue coming here & recommending many more. This was a blessing for me.

I read the positive reviews (and it was minutes away from our new home) and decided to call them to confirm. The staff was friendly. Communication was great! The provider was nice, smiled and listened. She also offered me information as I was a new patient.
