PLEASE READ ENTIRE MESSAGE BEFORE SCHEDULING: Hello, I’m Dr. Richard Repass, MD, a board-certified psychiatrist and Addiction Medicine specialist with over 17 years of clinical experience treating a wide range of psychiatric and substance-related conditions. This is a consultation service, and while I prescribe medication short term, I do not prescribed controlled substances like benzodiazepines (i.e. clonazepam) or stimulants (i.e. Adderall) Through telemedicine and multi-state licensure, I provide high-level psychiatric consultation in Washington, Utah, Minnesota, Kentucky, and New York, offering diagnostic clarity and an initial treatment plan. This may include recommendations for psychotherapy, lifestyle interventions, and evidence-based medication strategies. While I may prescribe certain medications when appropriate, controlled substances are not prescribed during telemedicine consultations (examples of controlled substances are stimulants for ADHD and benzodiazepines such as Xanax or Klonopin). I collaborate with primary care and psychiatric providers whenever possible to support continuity of care. In Washington, I also provide NAD+ and ketamine therapy services at Northshore Detox and Wellness.
