This appointment application did not work for me. The doctor’s office had no idea I was showing up. having said that, the doctor stepped up to the plate and he couldn’t have been more professional and helpful. I highly recommend him.

The office was clean and the doctor was great. I did not like that they tried to up sell me on glasses and charge me a "material" fee that they could not explain what it was. I would recommend getting your prescription and going elsewhere to get your glasses.

I booked a an appointment with Victoria Gutkevich, OD via Zocdoc. When I showed up for my appointment, the unhelpful staff said they couldn't not find my appointment in the system, and that "sometimes their system doesn't work well with Zocdoc, the Dr. was not there that day, and all the other doctors have full schedules so they couldn't squeeze me in." I was pretty mad since I took time off and paid for an Uber to get to the appointment, they wasted my time. I told the staff that if they know they have issues with Zocdoc, the doctor and practice should remove themselves from being listed on Zocdoc and stop wasting people's time. Pretty frustrated with the whole experience. Definitely won't be returning

Staff was very friendly when I first entered, the doctor was very knowledgeable and knew about my condition incase it would affect my exam. Overall great experience and when I had to pick out glasses the staff was patient with me since it was a new experience and gave helpful input on if the glasses suited me properly.

Wonderful office. The receptionist greeted me immediately and made sure to communicate with me regarding the wait time, I was seen within 15 minutes of getting there. Dr. Derco is excellent, he made sure to describe exactly what was wrong with my eyes and made an excellent recommendation. I recommend new patients go here.

Doctor Reed and front office ladies were amazing and so sweet! There was a small issue with scheduling, but we got it figured out and they gave me a discount on my glasses for the inconvenience. Super sweet and knowledgeable staff.

From the moment that I entered into the office, I was greeted by a smile. Paperwork was seamless and was seen right on time. The technician that took me back was courteous and professional. She explained everything that she was doing and was not hesitant to offer her opinion when I asked her for it honestly. The Doc that I was the associate Doc, and I can not speak highly enough of her, though I don't remember her name, she was amazing. Highly knowledgeable and very professional. Even answered some of my questions before I asked them I would highly recommend this office to anyone looking.
