The first thing people notice is our lovely turn of the century office. Built in 1908, it was remodeled by Dr. Trenkle in 1993 and built exactly to her specifications. Truly a one-of-a-kind building, it houses the Dermatology practice as well as Dr. Trenkle’s Pathology lab. We offer a wide variety of medical and cosmetic dermatology as well as dermatologic pathology. Please look at our assorted options on the menu above for descriptions of procedures and diseases we treat. We are proudly helping patients in Redlands, San Bernardino, Riverside, and Inland Empire, CA.

Came back here a second time since the first visit was easy and pleasant. All the ladies are super nice and helpful…then there’s Jon. He downplayed my pain and symptoms rejecting my want for medication, dismissing me multiple times. Then he told me to stop crying or accept the option he gave me! I was upset and stressed that wasn’t a way he should’ve handled it. I was uncomfortable from the start with him I should’ve left the moment he started being unprofessional. No patient should be scared to speak up against a practitioner.

I have been seeing Dr.Trenkle and various PAs in her office for over 20 yrs. The diagnoses were thorough, and treatment was swift. If surgery was necessary, it was scheduled in a timely manner. The entire staff at Dr. Trenkle's office are dedicated to their jobs.
I would highly recommend anyone with concerns about caring for their skin see Dr. Trenkle or an associate.

Was seen by an older gentleman that refused to listen to my concerns. Didn’t introduce himself. He came in asked to see the incorrect body part, I corrected him on where the cyst was and was ignored. Told me not to worry about it about four times and walked out. The whole interaction lasted about 30 seconds. I looked up his diagnosis and it did not find any description or image of what I was experiencing. Very unprofessional. Waited for 30 minutes for a 30 sec visit that didn’t address any of my needs or concerns.

I needed to have my split earlobe repaired. I was seen by Dr John. He was very pleasant which put me at ease right away. The procedure was painless.
The ladies in the front office were very nice and accommodating. I knew my insurance would not cover the procedure because it was cosmetic.
I would definitely recommend this office.

The office is lovely, and the staff is even more lovely. The doctor was confident, knowledgeable, and provided clear instructions on the next steps.
I happened to faint during my appointment, and the staff was incredibly attentive and kind throughout the experience. The doctor also came to check on me personally. As strange as it sounds, it was truly the best possible fainting experience I could have had.
