Doctor was pleasant and thorough. Very friendly. I checked in via the app and received 5 emails and 7 texts so far all for today's appointment. The visit was great, but the notifications can stop now.

I was honestly really nervous going in, but the doctor made me feel so much better. He was very knowledgeable and took his time explaining everything in a way I could actually understand. He reassured me and really listened to my concerns, which I appreciated so much. There was about a 45 minute wait, but once I was seen, I didn’t feel rushed at all. Overall, I had a really good experience.

The online registration could use some improvement. For some reason, I was mistaken for a current patient as supposed to new patient. I had to spend about half an hour to fill out questionnaire at the office. It wasn't really an inconvenience but it would be nice to have same questionnaires online. Regards.
