We specialize in integrative psychiatry for individuals ages 16+ combining evidence-based medication management with holistic and non-traditional "whole-body" approaches for a variety of diagnoses (Depression, Anxiety, Panic, ADHD, Bipolar, Insomnia, Alcohol/Substance Use, Opioid Dependence, OCD, Trauma, Postpartum Depression, Grief & more).
We view each individual as a whole person, rather than a set of symptoms. Our integrative approach encourages growth in self-care, mindfulness and self-awareness. We prioritize your autonomy in decision-making on your healing journey, presenting treatment options without pushing medications as your only choice.
