I work with mindfulness and tracking the body as a means of self regulation and rewiring the nervous system. I am an eclectic therapist which means I pull from many types of methods depending on who is in front of me, where they are and where they want to go. I treat the whole person and let the client lead me based on what is coming up in the present moment.
