Inner Phoenix Counseling Group

My name is Mr. Jesse Mozeko, a licensed marriage and family therapist in the state of Florida. I have experience working with preteens, teens, and adults going through a range of presenting problems from life transitions to psychiatric illnesses. I have worked independently and under supervision with a variety of complex issues including survivors of trauma, those living with a mentally ill family member, and other wide reaching conditions such as anxiety, substance use, and depression. My approach with clients utilizes a number of steps including assessment and goal setting, identifying and challenging negative thought patterns, behavioral activation, problem solving, and building on strengths and solutions. I currently accept Aetna and Cigna through the Headway platform, and Humana, Medicare, and United Healthcare/Optum through Grow Therapy.
