I think the ketamine therapy has made a big difference in my life.

Before I would run from difficult emotions, seeking distractions while getting easily overwhelmed in impulse and negative emotions like anger and anxiety. Throughought this Innwerwell journey, I've found a way to love those emotions and coexist with them peacefully, calmly, and patiently. I am now in a state of balance and am able to tap into my joy and love much quicker.
I enjoyed the journey prepared for me from beginning to end. I am grateful for this medicine and the support I received while working with it. I knew that what I was consuming was both safe and regulated, as a result I was able and to undergo internal shifts that improved my quality of life immensely .

I had an appointment and was told they would reach out to provide me instructions on how to join a video call. No one reached out. So I reached out to the office didn’t get an answer and requested a call back and still have not heard from anyone…. Just feel pretty ignored and like my time doesn’t matter ….
This was my first experience with ketamine treatment but let me say it’s definitely working! I wasn’t real sure what to expect or how to feel but all my questions were answered by my wonderful Clinician Nicole! She gave me the run down of what to expect and almost like a time frame of how everything would happen. After my first dose I was already feeling slight improvements. After a few years of feeling numb I have no idea why I didn’t try this sooner! After my 5th session I will say I saw biggest improvements. Right after every session for about a day I felt tired almost like a workout but that subsided after a day each time. I feel like a new person honestly and will continue my treatment indefinitely! I’m really happy I found a great and caring company!
I waited and waited for my appointment. Took time off of work and never had my appointment even though it asked me if I wanted to book again. Definitely not.

I have struggled with major depressive disorder for as long as I can remember. I discovered ketamine in my 40s. My first treatments were challenging. I had to take a day off work, find a driver to take me to the "spa" and wait on me for a couple hours. The treatment was amazing! After so many failed medications, something WORKED! I ran out of PTO, struggled to pay for treatments, and find a driver. Then I found Innerwell! The ketamine that I already knew worked in the comfort of my own home! I couldn't believe it! I'm still supported with practitioners who have my health and best interest in mind and access to therapist who can talk with me whenever I need them. I never feel like I am alone without access to a team that is available to answer my questions and offer support. Adding ketamine therapy to my life, rather building my life around ketamine therapy has made a huge difference for me!

My experience with Innerwell has been the first time I've been able to resolve and work on built up PTSD issues. My psychiatrist clinician, Krystal, was extremely informative for preparing my journey and has been the first therapist I've felt has supported my success with navigating through difficult experiences/emotions.
I have PTSD from a lifetime of abuse. I have been on more than 20 different medications of different classes for my anxiety and depression. So many negative side effects and bad experiences. Finally I was able to try these treatments and I am responding well. I was even able to stop one of my meds for anxiety and sleep. So far progress is going better than I ever could have imagined. Cant wait to see where I am when I am finished with the treatments I purchased.
Starting my journey with Innerwell could not have been easier. From the virtual initial consultation with a Licensed Clinician, to the fast and secure shipping, I was quickly on my healing journey. I have now undergone my first round of KAT and am already seeing and feeling results. I'm confident that with additional rounds I will find continued healing on my journey.

I have found that the treatments have made a difference in my anxiety, PTSD, and with my autism symptoms. While I am still in the midst of my treatment I can see that if there is a trigger I am getting back to my baseline faster than before.

I literally waiting when I made the appointment yesterday on Christmas eve for Christmas day like they said. The appt was supposed to be at 8pm cst and that was 10pm my time and I even call the number that they provided and no answer waited up until 11:00 p.m. my time Eastern standard Time to wait for a phone call and again nothing and if they try to build my insurance or try to bill me for anyway shape or form I will sue them this is ridiculous when people actually need help in our desperately in need for help and you don't even have enough bowls to call up the individual and sit there and say that the appointment is not going to happen that's just ignorance. I would never recommend this person to anybody

The first session, at a starter dose, was characterized by mostly. just sleepiness, for several hours though. The second session, at a higher dose, provided something akin to what I had experienced in a clinic on IV ketamine, and was very helpful. I was sleepy for a few hours after the initial 3-hour treatment period but functioning normally by evening.
As a registered nurse in the emergency setting I see people struggling everyday and before innerwell I was burnt out and depressed, inner well has given my the freedom to take care of myself without having to drive to and from a doctors office and receive care in the comfort of my home! I feel happier and most importantly better able to care and connect with my patients! It truly has put my career back on track and made me proud to be a nurse again! I also have gotten to improve my already great relationships, be more present outside of work, and my family has noticed the difference!

Scheduled an appointment. Never heard anything. Made a phone call and left a message to check in and still never heard anything. I’m not sure what happened but the communication, or lack of, was below what I would expect from any reputable company and/or doctor.
I have only just started my Innerwell program, and I’m very impressed with Innerwell’s structure and resources. They hold your hand through the whole process and the relaxation techniques provided really enhance the experience. I’ve only had two sessions so far and I am excited to continue the journey of healing!
My previous ketamine treatment was IV based. While the effects are much more pronounced, the level of dissociation I experienced after lasted for 24+ hours. With InnerWell, I am functional within 2-4 hours after the session. Also, the experience is not as intense which made it easier to set intentions and keep that in focus. With IV treatment, I mostly felt like I was fighting my brain trying to keep me grounded. I also like the convenience of being at home and being able to relax after the session and journal without worrying about getting home from the clinic. Overall, excellent experience and highly recommend.

I've seen real benefits from ketamine therapy during a challenging period in my life. I highly recommend giving this a try if you're stuck psychologically or even philosophically. I feel better.
Poor client care. I rearranged my schedule a great deal in order to make this appointment, and then I never receive instructions for how to join. I called the office as a result and they admitted to never sending instructions, and as a result my appointment was "never even booked in the system." That's pretty disappointing, and lazy if you ask me.
