Very experienced medical assistant who drew my blood without any discomfort,didn't feel anything.The staff were also very efficient and respectful. It was a super pleasant experience, especially compared to what I'd become used to in the neighborhood. Everyone was friendly, the office was clean, and I got everything I needed done quickly. Would definitely recommend and come again myself.

I scheduled a video visit. At the appointment time, nothing happened so I called the office. They had a server error and we were not able to connect online. I had a brief conversation with the doctor over the phone. I just need to get a prescription for antibiotics to treat UTI as soon as possible, so I asked for it. 30 minutes later, I got another phone call from the office because they were still attempting to connect online. It failed again. About 2 hours after the appointment time, I finally got a call from my pharmacy to pick up the medication. It was more stressful than I had hoped, especially when I needed immediate care and I knew what needed to be done for that. It was difficult to communicate with the receptionist and the doctor, too.
