Ryan Luwe was an excellent therapist.
He got to the root of my question about communicating. And said he would follow up with me on somethings to resolve my communicating issues. I would recommend him to anyone I know who is looking for a therapist.

Ryan is excellent. I hadn’t been to therapy in a while and so getting back into it felt like a chore. Like dating, finding the right provider can sometimes seem impossible. He took time to introduce himself, his background and to explain his process. Immediately I was put at ease. He asked what I was hoping to get out of therapy not necessarily why I was there. The distinction is subtle but important. I immediately knew I was in good hands. He’s an incredible listener and empathetic. Bedside manner is everything, and I got the sense that he really cared about what I was saying. Finding the right therapist is difficult for a number of reasons, and everyone is different. I appreciate Ryan’s tailored approach and already feel a weight off my shoulders knowing that I have his support. Something that I was lacking before seeking help. I highly recommend Ryan to anyone looking to get started with therapy or just looking for the right therapist.

I love her bedside manner. She uses humor and role play when dealing with difficult situations. She’s easy to talk to. Gives useful coping mechanisms. I feel heard, and find her easy to talk to. I recommend highly and look forward to continuing to see her. Overall great experience.
