In and out as fast as I could be. My procedures took a while, but they were as efficient with time as they could be. I needed a lot of work done, but I didn’t feel insecure about my issue because the staff was so kind and willing to help me. Loved it!

I booked my appointment two weeks in advance for 3pm Monday. The staff contacted me a week before asked if i can come 2pm, I said I doubt because it’s Monday, so she made it 2:15 instead. On the day of my appointment for 3pm, a staff called me around 10:45am asking if I can come at 11am. I was in my work’s regular Monday morning meeting but had to excuse with my whole team to answer this dental office call as I thought something was very important (I saved their office number by the way). Then before my procedure started (tiny chip on my front tooth), the dentist-in-charge informed the receptionist of my bill, so have I paid it right away. When the procedure has been done, I asked where was my diagnostic, they all said they would just email me the next day which I never receive for a week now, first time I ever experienced that. Then as I was walking out from the clinic, the receptionist (Jennifer) said I owed another amount. I can say they need to be upfront all the time.

I was charged for procedures I did not get/need. When confronted, they were extremely rude and hostile. I would not recommend to a friend and don’t plan on returning.

Loved the office and staff. Right from the beginning the staff sounded really friendly when scheduling my appointment. They explained everything and made me feel welcomed and comfortable.

I had an appointment today with Dr Boghawala and as a person that has a very high anxiety of going to the dentist she and all her staff made me feel so welcomed. the staff is so patient and so will informing and they are very nice and kind. my visit was one of the best visits I have ever had and that's saying something from someone that does not regularly go to the dentist. Thank you so much to all the staff that made me feel very good and not nervous at all I very much appreciate you.

Dr. Jesmine is amazing. She actually cares, her office staff is totally in line with her and cares too. Katrina is amazing too, my teeth look great! I haven’t went to a dentist in years due to my fear of being upsold. They took good care of my teeth and have great customer service

The office stated that it opens 8:00 AM and my appointment was at 10: AM. I got there early at 9::40 AM because I am a new patient and probably need to fill out some paper works, nobody at the office and I called she said they open at 10: AM. I wasted my time and driving to this DDS, what a pity.

The doctor was great, explained everything and went over things so I would completely understand necessary treatment. My only complaint is with her front office worker. I did my pre-registration through Zocdoc and was handed paperwork to do it all by hand. When I informed her that I already did it online she wasn't able to pull the information from Zocdoc. If the office is going to use Zocdoc which is how I found them then the front office has to learn how to use the Zocdoc software.

I have never met a doctor I feel that I can give my absolute trust to, yet, in such a short while, I feel that Dr. B changed it all. She is so patient, transparent, and explains everything extremely well! She's an incredibly competent professional and her practice is surprisingly affordable. Her staff are equally nice and friendly (and competent of course). Everything about this place feels genuine, which is so hard to say especially after a root canal. I'm glad I moved here, will come here again!!

I felt like Dr Boghawala takes her practice very seriously and cares about every patient as an individual. She tries to make sure her patients are happy, can afford the procedures, and tried to find reasonable alternatives if they have trouble. She's a great dentist.

The doctor was really good but the nurse was very new and seemingly inexperienced. The nurse should probably be seeing her patients under the doctor's supervision for some more time.
