Efficient and helpful office staff. Dr. Aldrich is attentive and thorough in both asking and answering questions. He gave clear explanations of my various ailments and presented options (surgical and non-surgical) along with his recommendations. It was my first time in this office, and I had to complete the standard forms. I waited about 20 minutes to be called back because the office was busy and the doctor was running late (I was told because he was thorough). Once I was taken for my X-rays, the time went quickly, and I was out of the office within 45 minutes. Dr. Aldrich was friendly, explained everything clearly, and recommended a treatment plan.
