I loved her so much. I have never had such a positive experience with another healthcare professional. She is so supportive and positive. I really cant think of enough great things to say. So informative. I was bragging about her all morning to my coworkers. She gave me a shopping list and showed me how to balance my meal and an app to track my progress. She really took her time . Once, I reach ,my goal I would like to continue to see her once a year .

Anna provides personalized nutritional support for whatever goals you want to achieve related to food and keeping up a good spirit. At your initial consultation, she fully listens to the issues you are dealing with and then provides ways you can immediately begin exchanging those habits for the better ones. Through the three month program she provides informational sheets of real articles and diagrams but also discusses how you can make those changes part of your daily routine. My three important goals were to cut down on my sugar intake, to exercise more but not strenuously, and to make better meal decisions that keep up my energy and fit with my weekday schedule of long hours in an office. Not only did we work on a plan that made sense, but that was so easy to put into practice. Signing up with her is a great decision and investment for your short and long term health needs!

My top three goals upon starting working with Anna were weight loss, feeling better about myself and understanding how nutrition plays a part in cancer prevention. Anna was able to help me work toward these goals by providing a basis for a healthier diet in order to lose weight in a “safe” way by eating the right food as well as by teaching me the important role nutrition plays in trying to prevent cancer. The biggest tangible change I have noticed since beginning the program has been losing 17 pounds and I don’t feel hungry. The most significant overall change I have noticed has been feeling better about myself, no bloating, clothes are fitting and I have way more energy. Thank you!

Anna is knowledgeable, patient, and flexible in her approach to helping you improve your diet, activity level, and sense of well being and thus your health. She is very supportive -- helping you think through your short-term and long-term goals, suggesting strategies (including foods you might not have thought of eating and delicious recipes including those foods) to help you meet those goals. Between sessions, you have the chance to communicate with Anna on line. An important tool Anna offers in a website where you can keep a food journal noting what you eat at different meals, how hungry you were before and after eating, and any other information that might have influenced what you ate and how you felt. Anna then provides on-going detailed feedback on your entries (practical suggestions on your food and activity choices, as well as emotional support to help you succeed.) Anna truly cares and is outstanding. I recommend her highly and without reservation.
