When I work with people I start off by looking for the root cause of your current issues (usually trauma that is unresolved childhood/adulthood) and with trauma I talk about big T-trauma and little t-trauma that you often may think you is in the past, yet continues to contribute negatively to your current life and relationships. Doing this work first, makes everything else so much easier. It is like removing all of the inner resistance that otherwise makes improving your life better harder.
I work with clients on their nutrition as well as identifying which amino acids they are deficient in and recommend natural, over the counter supplements to help balance your brain out and eliminating depression, anxiety, cravings, gain better sleep, and so much more.
If you are looking at growing and expanding on a spiritual level, I teach you to calm your mind, tune in to your own inner wisdom, using various methods from EMDR, Jose Silva methods, mindfulness etc. I work very holistically and use stem cell patches as a way to help your body upregulate itself to self heal physically and mentally while reverse aging the cells.

From the moment I walked in the door , I felt like I was in a safe and caring space .

I found Karin several years ago after we had discovered my husband suffered from Traumatic Brain Injury. I was looking for someone who would help me to develop resolutions and build coping skills without recommending that I divorce. Karin did just that. She helped me to learn ways to cope and also ways to help my husband have a better quality of life. My husband passed away 3 years ago and I can say that with her help and guidance my marriage flourished during the time we had.
