The Inspire Behavioral Health team considers all treatment options available to ensure a balanced and integrative approach to care. While it is necessary to target the symptoms that cause distress, it is equally important to understand that people are much more than their illness. Disorders the Inspire Behavioral Health team treats include depression, anxiety, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), post traumatic stress Disorder (PTSD), Bipolar Disorder, Social Anxiety Disorder, Panic Disorder, Obsessive compulsive Disorder (OCD). Team members bring specialized skills to the practice, like Miss Dilys Chebe, PMHNP-BC who provides outpatient-based opioid addiction treatment. The Inspire Behavioral Health team provides evidence-based care and is responsive to patients’ needs. We focus on quality and integrity and respect personal choices. The team takes a mindful approach to treating patients, explaining their diagnoses, and emphasizing education. Inspire Behavioral Health offers convenient and easy telemedicine appointments as well as in-person visits. Dr. Bahroo was unprofessional during my session. While telling him about my feelings, he (unprompted) told me about his other clients feelings to make me feel grateful for my situation. During the next part of me sharing my feelings, he answered his phone in the middle of me talking. When he hung up his phone, he was completely disconnected from the conversation; the conversation I tried having before he answered the phone, which was related to lgbtq+. I felt that made him uncomfortable. I felt unheard and unseen when I should feel safe in a psychiatric appointment.
