Inspiring Wellness
Inspiring Wellness provides a safe, nurturing environment for those seeking a way to reduce stress through therapy. We have therapists on staff including Clinical Social Workers, EMDR Therapists and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists who can help you meet your personal wellness goals. Mindfulness and Stress Reduction are incorporated into all sessions with our clients. Our therapists specialize in Individual and Family Therapy and use psycho-education designed to improve coping skills and interpersonal skills in order to help better manage symptoms of anxiety, depression and mood liability.

Helloo everyone…I recently had my first ever appointment with Morgan and my experience was so amazing! It was my first time seeking a therapist so I was really nervous and lowkey scared because I did not know what to expect but Morgan really made me feel comfortable an secure she is such an amazing listener and I left feeling so happy and alive well until I got to my car because they ended up hitting me with a ticket reminder if you park in the parking lot park head in!! But definitely going back and highly recommend for anyone seeking therapy:) thank your Morgan can’t wait to see the amount of progress we make!
