This was my first time at this office and I throughly enjoyed my dentist appointment! It’s not often you can say that, the entire team was friendly and welcoming. My concerns were addressed, I felt seen and satisfied with my visit. I already scheduled my next appointment.

My experience at this office was very concerning. I booked an appointment with a specific doctor based on their strong reviews, but the day before my visit, the office changed my arrival time and I was seen by a different provider.
During the appointment, the only services I actually received were an X-ray and a routine cleaning. The dentist provided very little communication and immediately recommended filling three cavities, which did not match the clean report I recently received from my primary dentist of eight years.
The issue became clear when I received my bill. I was charged for multiple procedures that were never performed, including:
A mouth guard
Delivery of chemotherapeutic agents
Periodontal (deep) cleanings
None of these procedures were done during my visit. I have the documentation to support this and will be disputing the charges with my insurance. I strongly recommend that patients carefully review their billing statements after visiting this office.
