Dr. Pandey was very kind, thorough, and knowledgable, she asked a lot of questions about my health history and lifestyle and provided preventative things I could do to stay healthy. I would highly recommend for an annual physical. I appreciate how thorough the appointment was and I felt very well cared for walking out of the office. I also did not have to wait at all, so it was a quick in and out. The tech platform they use is easy and efficient and she also takes the time to go over blood work in a separate televisit appointment which I really appreciate. Come here if you’re looking for a PCP!!

The doctor and staff are friendly, but my review is based on several operational issues that affected my experience.
1. The equipment is old and the office overall feels outdated.
2. The patient portal isn’t good. General messaging is not available, appointment booking does not work due to blank drop-downs, and there are broken links and missing information throughout the site.
3. There is a noticeable lack of urgency and communication when it comes to follow-ups such as prescriptions, prior authorizations, and referrals. While I understand these processes take time, several days will pass with no initiation from the doctor to jumpstart these. There is also no communication to receive an update because you are not able to message the doctor through the portal.
Unfortunately, the lack of communication and operational efficiency is a deal breaker for me and not reflective of the level of care I’m looking for.

Dr Pandey took the time to get to know my medical history and asked meaningful questions and provided helpful guidance. It was stressful for me to have to switch doctors after my old provider no longer took my insurance, but I felt comfortable here and was treated well.

Appointment was exactly on time, which was such a relief compared to other primary care offices I have been to. Dr. Pandey has a very pleasant bedside manner and is very thorough making sure to address all current needs, and future screening needs and preventative health issues. Absolutely would recommend making her your primary care physician if you are looking for one.

Dr. Pandey was so wonderful! My first PCP after a family pediatrician that I'd been with for 20+ years, and I felt right at home immediately . Very kind, thoughtful, and willing to go out of her own way to ensure that you get the care that you need. Truly has your best interest at heart. I feel very grateful that I chose to book with her. It is an invaluable gift to find such a physician. Transparent, and thoughtful, and sincere. I came in at the last minute for an urgent check up before traveling and she was so kind as to make it all work for my sake. 5 stars all around!

Super disorganized and unclean. The doctor lacked professionalism and took a personal phone call mid appointment. I was asked about reviews multiple times. She dropped instruments for the apt and didn’t sanitize after. Overall genuinely horrible experience.

Dr. Pandey provides the closest experience I have had to patient-centered care to date. If you are tired of being treated like a number by doctors who seemingly regurgitate the same spiel to every patient they see, I highly recommend Dr. Pandey’s practice.
